Rules for AMCA Vending
Outdoor Vending Space is $50.00 for an AMCA Regulation sized 450 sq ft space.
VENDORS PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE AT THE FAIRGROUNDS PRIOR TO THURSDAY MORNING THURSDAY
JUNE 12TH. THE OUTSIDE GATES WILL BE NOT BE OPEN UNTIL THAT TIME
Pre Registration Deadline is May 31st, 2008 !
Pre Registered Vendors are allowed to enter the fairgrounds on thursday june 12th at 12 noon , the vendors gate
will be open until 10 PM thursday evening and reopen 6 AM friday june 13th, please see the map for the vendors
entrance and exit gate, vendors must use this gate, signs will be posted

Pre-registered vendors are admitted first, unregistered vendors may show up at the gate to purchase a vending
spot, but will be admitted on a first come first serve basis after
the pre-registed vendors
Indoor space for vending will be available in buildings C & D. Fees for indoor vending will be decided upon the vendors
space requirements, for more information on indoor vending contact our vending coordinator below.
The following fees are required by the Dutchess County Fairgrounds, they are not part of the
AMCA vending fees:these fees are collected by the Fairgrounds Staff at the Vendors Gate
Camping fees for vendors camping in their Motor Homes vending spots are $25.00 a night
Vendors camping in Tents,Vans,Pickups, and Vehicle trailers may camp for free
Vendor electric is available, but limited, and costs $25.00 for the whole weekend.
If You need Electric please request it when you send in for your vending spot
All Vendors are Encouraged to stay through Sunday!
No Vehicle Traffic Except Motorcycles are permitted in the vending area between 10 AM and 3 PM
Vendors may depart the meet after 3 PM on Saturday , however no vendor departures are permitted after 8 AM Sunday,
vendors may depart sunday after 2 PM

And for those who want to get into the meet on Thursday... The Vendors Gate
of the Rhinebeck National will be open to VENDORS and EXHIBITORS FOR SETUP ONLY on Thursday AT 12.00 PM. Also RV and
AMCA Tent Camping Opens. NO EARLY BIRDS or General Admission for the Swap Meet, The Swap Meet Opens 8 AM Friday!
This is mandated by the Dutchess County Fairgrounds and out of our control. This will be strictly enforced this year
and you will be turned away without vendor identification.
