Vending / Camping Terms

And for those who want to get into the meet on Thursday...   The Vendors Gate of the Rhinebeck National will be open to VENDORS and EXHIBITORS  FOR SETUP ONLY on Thursday AT 12.00 PM. Also RV and AMCA Tent Camping Opens. NO EARLY BIRDS or General Admission for the Swap Meet,The Swap Meet Opens 8 AM Friday! This is mandated by the Dutchess County Fairgrounds and out of our control.  This will be strictly enforced this year and you will be turned away without vendor identification.

The following fees are required by the Dutchess County Fairgrounds, they are not part of the AMCA vending fees:these fees are collected by the Fairgrounds Staff at the Vendors Gate
 
Camping fees for vendors camping in their Motor Homes vending spots are $25.00 a night
 
Vendors camping in Tents,Vans,Pickups, and Vehicle trailers may camp for free
 
Vendor electric is available, but limited, and costs $25.00 for the whole weekend.

v Vending is a privilege granted to current AMCA members who sell antique motorcycle merchandise.

v Merchandise is strictly limited to 1973 or older; Motorcycles, Parts, literature and accessories.

v Merchandise which MAY NOT be sold includes motorcycles and parts later than 1973, T-shirts with any questionable wording or pictures, guns, knives, drugs or paraphernalia related to same, noveliies nor alcoholic beverages.

v Displays must be neat and grounds left clean.

v Vendors must conduct themselves in a business-like manner.

v No profanity or loud music.

v The meet opens for business 8:00am Friday, June 13th and closes at 6pm on Sunday June 15th.

v Vendors MUST LIMIT their vending to these dates and times.

v Vendors must remove all they came with.

v Only one vehicle permitted per vending space.

v Campers must be AMCA members, camp in designated areas. No open fires. Barbecue cookers are permitted.

v No Pets at all – fairground rules.

v No one under age 16 may operate a motorized vehicle.

v Speed limit within the Fairgrounds is 5mph.

v No Refunds granted for any reason.

v All vendors must individually comply with any and all state tax rules, collect and forward any such taxes and reports to the appropriate tax authority. The AMCA and chapters hosting the meet ARE NOT liable for any and all tax revenue from vending transactions.

v Any violations of these rules will lead to immediate removal from grounds and denial of membership in the future.
