June 4, 2011: The meet is next week!  There are still some good spots available (see the available spot map). At this point, if you want to be a Vendor at this meet, download, print, and bring your application to the meet. If you have a specific spot you want, please call us and let us help you so we can "pencil you in" to your desired spot.

You may arrive at the meet on Thursday morning to check in, but the Vendors Gate will not open to allow you to set up until noon. We will be open to check in all day Thursday and will be back out at the Check -In tent on Friday morning until 10AM when the meet opens (and the meet closes to trucks and cars, so don't be late!).
